Agreement and Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, or using the Travelocheck website and services operated by Evolve FZCO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, whether by phone, online, or through any other channel.
Evolve FZCO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
General Disclaimer
Travelocheck acts as an independent travel intermediary and is not the provider of the travel services you book through our platform. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel supplier (including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators) or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
We do not own, manage, or control any airline, hotel, car rental company, or other travel supplier whose products and services appear on our website. Travel suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Evolve FZCO. We are not responsible for overbooking, schedule changes, flight cancellations, mechanical delays, or any other actions or inactions of travel suppliers.
Price Match Promise
Travelocheck offers a price match guarantee against major competitors including Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, and Travelocity. To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must be for an identical itinerary (same airline, flight numbers, dates, cabin class, and number of passengers) and must be currently available for booking at the time of your claim. Service Fees
Travelocheck charges service fees for the booking assistance and support we provide. These fees are in addition to the base fare and taxes charged by airlines and other travel suppliers.
- Online Air Transactions: A service fee of up to $50 per passenger may apply for domestic and international flight bookings
- Phone Bookings: Bookings made through our phone agents may incur additional service fees
- Complex Itineraries: Multi-city, open-jaw, or multi-airline itineraries may carry higher service fees
- Post-Ticketing Changes: Modifications made after ticket issuance are subject to additional service fees, separate from any airline-imposed change fees

Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolve FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in pricing or availability information
- Travel supplier failures, including flight cancellations, delays, or service disruptions
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to Evolve FZCO for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are governed primarily by the terms of the airline or travel supplier from which your ticket or service was purchased. Travelocheck service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
- Within 24 Hours: Most airline tickets booked through our service can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the airfare, in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Our service fees may still apply.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellation and refund eligibility after the initial 24-hour period depends on the fare rules of your specific ticket. Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for airline credit, minus applicable cancellation fees.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 60 to 90 business days, depending on the airline and your payment method. Credit card refunds may appear on your next billing statement after the refund has been processed.
- Service Fee Refunds: Our service fees are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window, except in cases where the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
Payment Requirements
All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of purchase using a valid credit card or debit card. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The cardholder must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided.
By providing your payment information, you authorize Evolve FZCO to charge the total booking amount, including airfare, taxes, fees, and our service fees, to your designated payment method. All charges will appear on your statement as Evolve FZCO or Travelocheck.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the payment method provided is declined or invalid.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved through the following process:
- Filing Deadline: Any claim or dispute must be filed within two (2) years from the date of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will be considered waived and barred.
- Good Faith Negotiation: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation for a period of sixty (60) days from the date written notice of the dispute is provided to the other party.
- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within the 60-day period, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
