Post-ticketing service fees are charges applied by Travelocheck when modifications are made to your booking after your airline ticket has been issued. These fees cover the administrative work, airline coordination, and ticket reissuance required to process your changes. Post-ticketing service fees are separate from and in addition to any fees or fare differences charged by the airline itself.

Date and Time Changes
If you need to change the date or time of your flight after your ticket has been issued, a post-ticketing service fee of up to $75.00 per passenger applies. This fee covers the work involved in searching for alternative flights, coordinating with the airline, recalculating fares and taxes, and reissuing your ticket. Please note that the airline may also charge its own change fee, and any fare difference between your original and new itinerary will be collected at the time of the change.
Route and Destination Changes
Changes to the routing or destination of your itinerary after ticket issuance are subject to a post-ticketing service fee of up to $75.00 per passenger. Route changes often involve more complex fare recalculations and may require the original ticket to be refunded and a new ticket to be issued. Airline change fees and fare differences apply in addition to our service fee.
Name Corrections
Minor name corrections, such as fixing a spelling error, adding a middle name, or correcting a suffix, are subject to a service fee of up to $50.00 per passenger. Name corrections must comply with the airline's name change policy, and some airlines may have strict limitations on the types of name changes they allow after ticket issuance. Major name changes (such as a completely different passenger) are generally not permitted by airlines and may require a cancellation and rebooking.
Cancellation Fees
If you choose to voluntarily cancel your booking after your ticket has been issued, a cancellation processing fee of up to $75.00 per passenger applies. This fee covers the administrative work of processing your cancellation request with the airline and handling any eligible refund. Whether you receive a refund of the airfare depends on the fare rules of your specific ticket -- non-refundable tickets typically result in an airline credit rather than a cash refund. Our cancellation processing fee is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
When a refund is applicable (for refundable tickets, airline-initiated cancellations, or schedule changes), a refund processing fee of up to $50.00 per passenger may apply. Refunds are processed through the original form of payment and typically take 60 to 90 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the airline and your financial institution. Our refund processing fee covers the coordination with the airline, submission of the refund request, and follow-up as needed.

- All post-ticketing service fees are per passenger and per change request
- Post-ticketing fees are in addition to any fees, penalties, or fare differences charged by the airline
- Changes within the first 24 hours of booking may be eligible for reduced or waived post-ticketing fees, depending on the circumstances
- Some changes may not be possible depending on the airline's fare rules and ticket restrictions
- Our agents will always inform you of all applicable fees before processing any changes
- Post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable once the change or cancellation has been processed
